Coach Dan’s has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years and has created hundreds of body and lifestyle transformations. Helping a wide variety of clientele, he has seen every obstacle that comes with fitting fitness and health into hectic, daily schedules. His expertise in educating clients will guarantee a lifestyle change that will benefit you and your family to create generational health. He will help you transform your physique and mindset so you can have complete control of your body and life.
Dan's atheletic focus and competitive spirit began with his passion for martial arts and soccer as a teenager. He has represented the United States National Soccer Team in the Maccabiah Games in Israel and in Venezuela. He also trained for a full season with West Ham United of the English Premiere League.
Dan earned his 2nd-Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo in 2005, and became a Certified Instructor of the American Taekwondo Association in 2006. He is a Blauer Tactical System certified Personal Defense Readiness Instructor. His experience as an instructor of martial arts and personal-defense has allowed him to inspire his students to reach goals that they may not have thought possible.
